6 Week Summer Shred For Ladies Only

This class is geared towards newbies or those looking to get back into fitness. We will go through 6 weeks of workouts and nutrition. We've had consistent results with women who are willing to commit to the program for 6 weeks. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm. (We will skip Memorial Day and add a class to the end.
