Open Gym

Open Gym time is designed to offer you extra hours per week to come in and do work. This does not replace our scheduled classes, it is an extension to our normal classes for you to work on your goat. We will have OG staffed, but it will not be coach-led. If you want guidance, you can always opt for Personal Training.

To participate you will need to have an unlimited membership, completed our OnRamp program, and understand the nine functional movements.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday  8:30am -11:30am &  1:30pm – 4:30pm
Saturday 10am – 2pm
Sunday 1pm – 5pm
