CrossFit is a varied workout that can be scaled to any fitness level. It focuses on body movement. It is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
This is our traditional CrossFit style class. Our classes start with a warmup & a flexibility/mobility component geared towards to the workout to decrease injury. It is followed by a strength or skill, a conditioning component. We guarantee you that you will get sweaty and strong by regularly attending these classes!
