FREE Community WOD every Saturday at 9am. All are welcome and you can come as often as you like!
**3rd Saturday of each month, the workout will be held at Buda City Park in downtown Buda.**
Workouts will mostly be body weight stamina sessions where you will be introduced to CrossFit technique and intensity. You will also get the chance to meet the wonderful growing community at CrossFit Hays. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and athletic shoes. Please bring water as well.
