Coach Adam is an Airforce Vet and Texas grown. He spent 8 years in traveling the world, playing rugby and completing his college degree. He has continued to maintain an active lifestyle to keep him healthy & serve as an outlet for everyday stress. He started CrossFit in October 2012 and was hooked immediately! He believes CrossFit is a very good mix of what everyone needs & offers much more variety than the standard gyms. His passion for helping others has led him to learn more about the technical aspects of CrossFit. He is currently working on his Mobility & Olympic Lifting Certifications. He believes that by eating healthy and doing CrossFit you will also see great gains in all facets of your life.
Tommy has been an “athlete” and competitor his entire life. He's originally from Nebraska. He has competed on some level in a ton of sports including Baseball, Basketball, Football, Gymnastics, and Track. After graduating from Texas A&M University, he found CrossFit in 2013 and was immediately hooked. He completed his L1 in January 2015. In his free time, he enjoys being outside and doing anything outdoors. He also enjoy being creative, in only the manliest of ways (Reading comic books, drawing, etc.). He's a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers, and Texas A&M in any sport. Anything creative, exciting, or competitive and I’m there. His favorite animals are giraffes. His favorite food are tacos. "My favorite thing about CrossFit is seeing people break through what they once thought were barriers. Going to a place, where, at one point there was fear and conquering that fear over and over again until it becomes natural. Helping athletes overcome obstacles, question what their bodies are truly capable of doing, and getting excited about living a more fit life, while training for a purpose is part of the reason coaching CrossFit is so fun and so addicting."
