Coach Vic found CrossFit in 2014 and immediately fell in love with its competitive nature, its intensity, and especially the community atmosphere. He was always athletic and gravitated toward team sports, playing baseball in high school and college. While earning a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Texas State University, Vic coached a number of youth sports from Select Baseball to Volleyball. After a year of CrossFitting, Vic became a coach at CrossFit Kyle and has developed a hands-on style of coaching with an emphasis on keeping people injury free, while also pushing them to surpass their personal goals.
These days, Vic’s fitness goals are more focused on staying strong, moving well and having fun in the gym. Vic is an advocate for health and fitness, he doesn’t see CrossFit has a hobby, but as a way of life for all walks of life.

Zach is a CrossFit level 1 trainer and an elementary school music teacher. Zach began his fitness journey as an endurance runner, found CrossFit in 2021 and began coaching in 2022. His personal fitness goals are centered around strength training and mobility, as he currently plays goaltender with the Labeda Chupacabra Roller Hockey team out of Kyle, TX. Whether in the gym or the classroom, he is dedicated to helping people learn, grow, and build confidence in all areas of life. Zach wants to create a supportive and challenging environment, blending his athletic experience and love for learning to guide athletes toward better movement, stronger habits, and a resilient mindset. .
