What is the New Year 6-Week Challenge?
The New Year Challenge is a six week nutrition and fitness program to jumpstart your new year health resolutions. The challenge consists of three, one-hour fitness classes with nutrition guidance each week for six weeks. Starting off slow, and building momentum as you progress.
You do not need to be in good shape to start. This challenge is designed for beginners, men or women who are committed to making a change and reaching their goals.

6:00AM, 3:00PM, or 6:00PM.
